Townhome Transactions of the week: September 15-21, 2024

A total of 53 two-storey townhomes were sold in the week of September 15-21, 2024.
The highlight of this week’s townhome sales, in our view, is a Richcraft townhome built in 2013 in Kanata Estate, Kanata Lakes. It was sold for $830,000. This townhome has four bedrooms on the second floor and a fully finished walkout basement. The homeowners are very handy and have immaculately maintained the house. It also has no rear neighbors and features a beautifully landscaped backyard.


The townhome sold for the highest price in the past week is a Uniform end unit in the Wateridge community. It is the Cypress model, featuring a walkout basement, and was sold for $905,000.
Another Uniform interior townhome was sold in Richardson Ridge, Kanata Lakes. It is an interior unit sold for $765,000.
