The "Monterey" model has become one of Minto's best-selling townhome floorplans. The secret behind it, in my observation, is its open-concept main floor, a design that is both beautiful and functional.
Unlike many townhomes of similar size, there are no visible load-bearing elements: no walls, posts, columns or bulkheads interrupting the space. Combined with 9-foot ceilings, the main floor feels genuinely open.
The kitchen, living and dining spaces are all well-proportioned: a large kitchen with a cabinet pantry and an 8-foot central island; a spacious living room for conversation and entertaining; and a formal dining room with real room to host family and friends.
Another feature that sets the Monterey apart is the laundry is conveniently located on the second floor rather than down in the basement.
